The first time through, JEAN runs the user setup wizard for you to enter your personal or business details. The dialog has three stages: Name and Address; Company Details and Contact Details.
The following details need to be entered:
name This is taken from your login name as default, but the value can be changed.
full name If you are a company, this should be your full company name as this is what will appear on the
top of invoices etc.
address
and a tick box for individual or company.
Company details consist of the following:
registered number
VAT number
registered address
registered country with United Kingdom as default.
Contact details consist of the following:
tel
mobile
fax
email and
website.
Once the user setup wizard has finished, configuration wizards for some of the other catalogs may appear in turn. The main JEAN window will then appear along with a splash screen with information on how to start using JEAN.
