If you have a company logo which you wish to appear on invoices etc. you should place a file in the webfiles folder (on a Windows system this is usually C:\Program Files\mullsoft\jean\webfiles) with a name equal to the user name which you entered at setup time, and a .gif or .jpg extension. For instance, if you said your name was Glen Chalets, and your full name Glen Chalets Ltd., then at the top of an invoice the heading Glen Chalets Ltd. will appear. If you place an image file called Glen Chalets.jpg or Glen Chalets.gif in webfiles, the image will now appear on the top of the invoice instead.
The logo image should not be too large. A size of about two to three inches wide by one inch deep would be ideal, but you may wish to experiment with the image size to improve the appearance.
