To set up an addressBook entry, select the Create an Entry menu option from the Addressbook menu. Tab through the following pages and enter the attribute values:
Identity The attributes are Title (Dr., Mr., Ms. etc.), First name, Middle name, Last name and Spoken name. The spoken name attribute allows you to record the name by which a person prefers to be addressed.
Address This is a text box in which the complete address should be entered. The name and address can be printed out on a label printer if you have one. You will be asked to select the correct printer each time you click on the Print Label button, or you can choose the Select Label Printer option from the Addressbook menu. The menu options Select Label Font and Label Printer Details allow you to format the label.
Phone This page holds values for home, work and mobile phone numbers and a fax number.
Internet The Internet page holds values for Email and website addresses. These will be displayed in the form of buttons which will run up your mailer or browser as appropriate.
